an anniversary to remember
stylish venue careful maintenance professional manner
we booked the state room for our anniversary party. friends and family stayed in the hotel. the venue and communal areas have a stylish presentation and careful maintenance. staff members have a friendly attitude and a professional manner in helping organise our event.
the majority of the guest rooms were excellent. a few guest rooms did have a more tired appearance than expected though.

wonderful riverside stay
friendly staff spacious room relaxing spa
the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was lovely, clean, and spacious (i really liked the décor). the thermal spa was very relaxing, just what i needed after a long drive. i'd definitely stay here again next time i am visiting the area.
the car park was full upon arrival. this resulted in a ten-minute walk from an alternative parking location. i wish there had been more information about the hotel amenities on arrival.
